Material characteristics
Hot-dip galvanized steel
The most widely used material, through the hot-dip galvanizing process, forms a dense zinc layer, which can effectively resist corrosion in the diverse climates of the United States, such as the rainy south and the cold and snowy north. Steel has high strength. The crossbars are mostly steel pipes with a diameter of 1.5 to 2 inches (about 3.8 to 5.1 centimeters), and the columns are slightly larger in diameter to ensure structural stability.
Aluminum alloy
It is lightweight (about one-third the weight of steel), easy to transport and install quickly, and suitable for temporary events or scenarios with frequent movement (such as concerts and sports events). High-strength plastic

Polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) materials are mostly used, and anti-ultraviolet additives are added to prevent aging and cracking caused by long-term outdoor use.
